In honour of our 4th anniversary, join us for a luminous four-course tasting menu celebrating the soul of reimagined German artistry. Crafted by Chef Peter Find, this special menu evokes the warmth of shared memories and timeless flavours.
Highlights include Smoked Herring with Beetroot Tartare, Green Apple Pickle and Sour Cream; German White Asparagus Soup; and your choice of Heimat’s signature extra-large Knusprige Schweinehaxe or Sauerbraten, served with Potato Dumplings, Red Cabbage, and Rich Gravy.
For the finale, enjoy Chef Peter’s signature Schwarzwälder Gugelhupf, the launch of our Schwarzwälder Ice Cream, and a freshly baked Apfel Schmandkuchen paired with gummy bear whimsy.
