The story continues, the first chapter surprised you. This one will satisfy you completely. From sea to land, from discovery to devotion.
Ha Ming Kee and Heimat reunite this month for a six-course celebration where German finesse meets Hong Kong soul. Himmel und Erde opens the night, a dance of blood pudding, pork liver, and caramelised apple. Then goose intestine Maultasche, braised tendon, and slow-cooked pork knuckle carry the conversation deeper: rich, tender, utterly unhurried.
The journey deepens with Schweinshaxe: braised HMK Pork Hock and tender Beef Brisket nestled in Honeycomb Tripe. A creation both soulful and sublime. Priced at HKD 580 per person and subject to limited availability, early reservations are strongly recommended.
