Each course is thoughtfully paired with a selection of wines designed for the table—vibrant, precise, and profoundly expressive of their terroir. Featured vintages include the 2014 Blanc de Noir Extra Brut (Ahr), 2018 Leutesdorf Gartenlay Sauvignon Blanc Trocken (Mittelrhein), 2014 Mayschoss Laacherberg Pinot Noir (Ahr), 2019 Mayschoss Mönchberg Pinot Madeleine (Ahr), among others.
